At Wild Ember, our pieces are carefully sourced and shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer you unique, handpicked items without the overhead—meaning more magic, less waste.

Processing Time

 

Because we operate with fulfillment partners, all orders are processed within 2–7 business days before they ship out. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the item and supplier.

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    •    Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $100

    •    Expedited shipping is currently not available due to our fulfillment model.

Shipping Delays

    •    Lost packages due to incorrect address entry
