At Wild Ember, each order is shipped with love from our fulfillment partners. Because we operate with fulfillment partners, we have a few unique policies to ensure fairness and transparency for both you and our small team.

 

Please review the following carefully before placing your order:

 

 

Returns

 

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, under these conditions:

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

    •    You must contact us at [your support email] to request return approval before shipping anything back.

    •    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Photos and order details are required for any damaged or incorrect return request.

    •    Store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

 

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

 

We cannot accept returns on the following:

    •    Final sale or clearance items

    •    Bodysuits, intimates, bralettes, or swimwear

    •    Items returned without prior approval

    •    Items with signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or stains

    •    Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or buyer’s remorse

 

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time due to limited inventory. If you’d like a different size or item, please:

    1.    Return your item (if eligible) for store credit.

    2.    Use that credit to place a new order.

 

 

Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds unless:

    •    Your order was never delivered due to a verified shipping issue

    •    Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you contact us within 5 days of delivery

 

In these cases, we may offer:

    •    A replacement (if available)

    •    A full refund to your original payment method

    •    Or store credit, based on the situation

 

Photos and order details are required for any damage or delivery-related refund request. We cannot issue refunds without proper documentation.
